HOW DOES IT WORK?

ParkingJuJu allows attendees to pre-purchase parking passes for major events in 3 easy steps:

  • 1. Select the event you would like to attend. (For multiple day events, please make sure you are selecting the correct date as all sales are final). If applicable, locate your seat in stadium, to help you find the best parking lot closest to your seat(s).
  • 2. Select the desired parking lot by clicking on the map. (Only one parking pass may be purchased per transaction.)
  • 3. Complete the check out process to receive your ParkingJuJu Pass via the email address you provided.

That’s it, you are in! That’s all it takes to create great ParkingJuJu.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO BRING TO THE EVENT?

To access your purchased parking lot, you must bring a legible printed copy of your ParkingJuJu Pass or have the PDF file or the email open on your smartphone ready for parking Attendant to scan when you arrive inside the lots.

CAN I BUY MULTIPLE TICKETS ALL TOGETHER?

No, ParkingJuJu does not sell ParkingJuJu Passes in bulk quantities. If you are a legitimate company needing to purchase parking passes in bulk quantities, please contact us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT IS POSTPONED?

Hold onto your Parking JuJu Pass until the new dates are announced.
Your Parking JuJu Pass will be validated for the new date and you won’t need to do anything further.
Once the new date is announced, and if you will not be able to attend, forward your receipt to SuperService@ParkingJuJu.com and request a special refund of the ticket price.

WHAT IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED?

We will automatically refund the ticket price to your credit card within 7 days of the event being cancelled.

I PURCHASED A PARKINGJUJU PASS BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL. WHAT CAN I DO?

After you purchase a Parking JuJu Pass you will receive two emails. One with the invoice and one with the QR code and the electronic PDF Parking JuJu Pass.
Usually your ParkingJuJu Pass is sent immediately but please allow at least 30 minutes in the event that our server is experiencing high volume traffic.
Double check your spam or junk folder.
If you are a registered user you may go to your account page to download or print your ParkingJuJu Pass.
If you are still having difficulty retrieving your ParkingJuJu Pass, please contact us. and we will gladly help you

I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE EMAIL WITH MY PARKING PASS ON MY EMAIL, WHAT CAN I DO?

First check your deleted folder, for the deleted pass.
If you are a registered user you may go to your account page to download or print your ParkingJuJu Pass.
If you are not a registered user, please contact us. and we will gladly help you.

I MADE A MISTAKE AND PURCHASED THE WRONG PARKINGJUJU PASS. WHAT CAN I DO?

Unfortunately the Terms and Conditions noted on the website, and Credit Card policies restrict our ability to provide refunds, therefore all sales are considered final. Please make sure, in the case of multiple event days, to double check the date you selected before buying the ParkingJuJu Pass.

CAN I PURCHASE A PASS ONLINE ON THE EVENT DAY?

Unfortunately you cannot purchase a Parking JuJu pass after midnight the night before the event. Cash parking is available at certain lots on a first come first serve basis on event day. Arrive early enough to avoid any delays & have patience. Lots open 1-hour prior to show.
